Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You get full access to all features on your selected plan.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Plan & Billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free (≈17% off) on any plan: Starter $490/yr, Pro $1,490/yr, Growth $3,990/yr. Choose monthly or annual on the Plan & Billing page after you sign up.
What counts as a 'store'?
A store is one Shopify connection or one independent dataset (CSV upload). Each store has its own inventory, sales, and analytics workspace.
Do you support Shopify markets / international stores?
Cadenance reads your Shopify orders and inventory in any currency. Multi-currency normalization is on the roadmap for Q3 2026.
What data do you import from Shopify?
Products, orders, inventory levels, fulfillments, and returns. Sync runs on demand and can be triggered manually at any time from the Integrations page.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Shopify access tokens are Fernet-encrypted before storage. We are GDPR-compliant — you can export or delete your data at any time from Security settings.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us at hello@cadenance.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Is there a plan for agencies managing multiple brands?
The Growth plan supports up to 3 stores. If you manage more, reach out at hello@cadenance.com — we offer custom agency pricing for 5+ stores.
